IT Help Desk Technician

During my time at Hurco, I was responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency for end users. I managed the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up user accounts, provisioning appropriate access, and handling the configuration of hardware. Additionally, I deployed standardized PC images across the organization to maintain consistency, streamline updates, and support compliance with IT policies.
Trivia Wars
2025Personal Project
I built a fun, online multiplayer trivia game as a way to sharpen my full-stack web development skills. The project uses React for the frontend, Express for the backend, MongoDB for storing the questions, and WebSockets to enable real-time multiplayer. This was my first time creating a full-stack application from scratch, and taught me how to apply my understanding of programming fundamentals to create a usable application.
